The thing to check, if you are using Hulu on your Smart TV and X-box One then check the HDMI cable or port.

Switch off your TV as well as your Xbox One.
Unplug the HDMI cable from your TV that is connected to your Xbox One device.
Allow your devices to stay idle for a few minutes.
Reverse the HDMI cable and fix it up to your TV and Xbox.
