Method 1: Refresh Your Modem

Method 4: Try on Another Device
Another easy method is to try on another device. Log out of all other devices, pick one that you don’t normally use, and log into that one. If it works, there may be an issue with your original device. You could then uninstall and reinstall the app if it’s on a Kindle, television, or another portable device.
Method 5: Check Internet Download Speeds
Disney+ is a huge streaming website, so when their servers become overloaded, it makes watching videos an even bigger issue. You may see error 42 if your WiFi isn’t enough to keep up with such high demands. Your internet may be too sluggish. You generally need upwards of 25Mbps to stream videos in 4K HD, so here’s how to check:
Open your internet browser

Close all other windows
Open a new tab
Click Internet Options
Find the general tab
Under Browsing History click Delete
Check the box that says Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and website data
Click the three dots in the right-hand corner
Choose More tools
Click Clear browsing data
Select the time period you want to delete from using Clear the following items from the drop-down menu
Choose Cached images and files
Select Clear browsing data
Click on the menu button
Select Privacy & Security
Navigate to Cookies and site dada
Click Clear Data
Remove the checkmark for Cookies and site data
Check Cached web content
Method 7: Update Router Firmware or Change DNS
One last method you could try if nothing else works and you’re constantly being booted from the internet or nothing is loading, is to update your router’s firmware. If the firmware is out-of-date, it may cause sluggish performance.
You can update the router by logging onto your router to check if there are any recent firmware updates. You can also change the DNS settings to OpenDNS if nothing else is working.
Note: Save the current server addresses or settings if you need to revert them. Write them down.

Open Control Panel
Chose Network and Internet
Click Network and Sharing Center
Select Change adapter settings
Choose the connection you want to change to Google Public DNS
Select TCP/IPv4 or TCP/IPv6 under This connection uses the following items
Select the DNS tab
Use these DNS server addresses
IPv4: 18.104.22.168 and/or 22.214.171.124
IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844

Try running Disney+
